Have you every asked yourself the hard questions about your faith? A few nights ago I was getting off late and I went over to Subway to get a pizza. There is a guy that works that was interested in what I believed. Thinking to myself, “Okay, awesome…He’ll have questions, I’ll have answers…I will have planted a seed and he will want to know more and eventually he will receive Christ.” yeah….no. After telling him that I go to a non-denominational church and that I believe what the Bible says and not what the Baptist denomination strictly believes (if that makes any since…but yeah). He starting asking questions and giving a lecture about how he used to be a Jehovah’s Witness and that he was very faithful and such. He asked a lot of question that I myself has asked myself and have yet to know the answers to. For instance, How can a loving God allow for such bad things to happen? Why did God allow Adam and Eve to sin in the garden, when they ate the apple why didn’t he just snap His fingers and make it never happen? While I do not have the answer to these questions, they are really good questions.
I am need of everyones prayers. I have just been released from the church that I was on staff at and now I am back in the market for a new church to call home. I am looking for a church that has contemporary music and somewhere that God can use me and the gifts that God has given me. I have visited several churches and have found a couple that I really like but not sure which one God has for me to go to and if it’s going to be going to church with my parents or by myself. Please be praying for me as I am praying for what God has in store for me.

Thank you again for all your prayers,

On November 6-7 I went to Denver for a Dare 2 Share Conference and we were taught about “THE Cause”. What is THE Cause you’re asking? D2S recognized that the term “The Great Commission” has been used for many years and has fallen on deaf ears. Well, THE Cause is the new and upcoming event.
(THE Cause ~ As you are going make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age. -Matthew 28:19-20)
What will you do for THE Cause? You have 100 times more influence on your friends than a stranger does! I have attached THE Cause Circle, it is a simple tool that will help you be purposeful about sharing Jesus’ message with your friends. It will help you identify your friends, then remind you to pray, to pursue spiritual conversations and to persuade them to consider Jesus’ message.
Here’s how it works.
Write the names of your friends in the center of THE Cause Circle. Identify three friends you want to share the gospel with, then write their names in the “pray” section of the circle. As you find opportunities to pursue spiritual conversations with these friends, advance their name to the “pursue” area of the circle. Then go back and add another friend’s name to the “pray” section. When you have opportunities to go deeper in your spiritual conversations with your friends, move those friends forward along the circle to the “persuade” section. Your hope is that over time you will be able to persuade all your friends to:
Accept Christ
Belong to a Church
Commit to THE Cause
Make sure you go to Facebook and become a fan of THE Cause (www.dare2share.com/facebook). Tell some of your stories read some stories of others that have joined THE Cause. It’s one big encouragement circle that keeps going and going. If you have any questions about THE Cause please feel free to ask me or visit www.dare2share.com/thecause.
Make sure you pass this on to your friends!!

There are many days that I am at work and when I go to my break I start to think about all the things that are happening right now. I have been called to be a Music Minister and at the same time God is teaching me new traits about things that I will be using to further my ministry. Right now at my church I am a Sunday School teacher and I am so confused. I am one, not a teacher but I know that this is something that God is using for my benefit and two, everything that I know about teaching from in class situations and watching the teachers I am trying to use those techniques to learn what my personal technique is. I am spending lots of my time studying and preparing for the Bible Study lessons and the students are not putting in the time to study there lessons to that it’s not a one sided conversation but instead we all learn from each other. What can I say to impress upon these students how important it is to do the lessons prior to class??
